flavity was founded in 2015 with the aim of offering customers a unique cleaning experience that goes beyond the existing standard. Since then, our experience in the catering sector has helped us to understand the special and very different requirements and to find suitable solutions.

We see ourselves as a service provider that consistently delivers the premium standard over the long term, offering our customers maximum flexibility and transparency. We are happy to go the extra mile and create tailor-made offers - even for services beyond cleaning.

We already have many satisfied customers, whereby the solution was tailored to the respective individual challenge.

In order to achieve our goals and operate as efficiently as possible, we are fully digitalized and use innovative technology. For example, our customers benefit from digital invoicing and the GPS-based attendance records of our cleaning staff.

Our Milestones


2017 was characterized by innovation, as we integrated vacuum robots into our cleaning concept in order to offer more efficient and higher-quality services.


In 2018, we established the high-quality workwear from Uniqform. Our employees are equipped with the best workwear.


With the website launch in 2019, we took another important step towards the complete digitalization of our company administration. With Planday, we introduced a digital, GPS-based time recording system to make our processes more efficient and maximize transparency for our customers. This also enabled us to automate payroll accounting, freeing up resources for strategic development.


In 2020, we moved into our current office space and further strengthened our commitment to environmental sustainability by switching to the environmentally friendly "Planta" range of cleaning agents from Buzil. We also implemented an ERP and CRM system in the form of Odoo, which is the new interface for sales, HR and marketing.


The complete digitalization of HR processes was successfully implemented in 2021 and 2022. All records, documents and the application process run exclusively digitally at flavity.


In 2023, we launched another exciting project - battery-free and mobile access management with ILOQ. This allows us to offer our customers an innovative solution for access control and avoid structural measures and high administrative costs that can quickly arise due to key handovers and logs to be kept.

This eventful journey reflects our continued success and ongoing development. We are proud of what we have achieved and look forward to the coming years in which we will continue to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
