You'll also benefit from collectively agreed bonuses and vacation entitlements in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement. We take special care to ensure that there is no time pressure and that excessive workloads are avoided.
Your starting salary is based on the collective agreement and is €14.25/hour for unskilled workers and €17.65/hour for skilled workers. Furthermore, you can expect to work in a young, motivated team with flat hierarchies. Naturally, you can rely on punctual payment – your salary will be paid monthly on the agreed payment date.

You Should Bring
Thoroughness & Reliability
A clean and tidy environment should be especially important to you.
Experience in building cleaning
At least one year of experience or completed training in building cleaning.
Good German skills
At least level B2, in order to be able to communicate with colleagues and customers on site.
Interest in digitization
You should own your own smartphone, as you will be managing your working hours and shift schedules digitally.
Your Tasks
Surface & floor cleaning
You should know the basics of routine cleaning. Ideally, you're already familiar with the "4-color system".
Office & sanitary cleaning
Offices, kitchens and sanitary facilities are part of your area of responsibility.
Confident customer contact
A confident and professional demeanor towards our customers is particularly important to us.
